Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the iOS application "Plot Maker" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and the handling of user information. By using the App, users agree to these Terms.

本プライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、スマートフォン向けアプリケーション「プロットメーカー 〜創作ネタ・小説・AIストーリー作成〜」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用に関する条件および、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, or phone numbers. All data entered or created within the App (e.g., plot history, custom themes, keywords) is saved strictly locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. However, we may collect anonymous crash logs and usage statistics via Apple's built-in services solely to improve the App's quality.

本アプリでは、氏名、住所、電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報は一切収集しておりません。本アプリ内でユーザーが作成したデータ（プロットの履歴、カスタム設定、キーワード等）は、すべてユーザーの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバー等へ送信されることはありません。ただし、アプリの品質向上のため、Apple社が提供する機能を通じて匿名のクラッシュログや利用統計データを収集する場合があります。

We will not provide any collected data to third parties without the user's explicit consent, except as required by law.

本アプリを通じて収集されたデータを、法令の定めに基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。

The App offers a paid "Pro Plan" (Non-Consumable) to unlock all features. Purchase status is securely tied to your Apple ID and can be restored across your devices using the "Restore" button. However, because local data (such as custom themes, keywords, and history) is saved only on the device, it cannot be transferred or synced between different devices, nor can it be recovered if the App is uninstalled.

本アプリでは、すべての機能を解放するための有料プラン（Proプラン・買い切り型）を提供しています。購入履歴はユーザーのApple IDに紐づいて管理され、機種変更時等にアプリ内の「復元する」ボタンからPro機能の購入状態を引き継ぐことが可能です。
ただし、本アプリで作成した「オリジナル設定」「プロット履歴」「お気に入り」などのデータは端末内にのみ保存される仕様上、別デバイスへのデータの同期・移行、およびアプリを削除（アンインストール）した際のデータの復元はできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Users are strictly prohibited from analyzing, modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App's program. Furthermore, disrupting the App's operation or violating any laws or public morals is strictly forbidden.

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 本アプリのプログラムを解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルする行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、または不正にアクセスする行為
• 法令、公序良俗に反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

The developer assumes no responsibility for any copyright disputes, damages, or third-party claims arising from the use of plots, ideas, or AI prompts generated by the App. Additionally, the developer is not liable for any data loss caused by device failure, user error, or app uninstallation.

本アプリによって生成されたプロット、アイデア、およびAI向けプロンプトを利用して制作された作品や、それに伴い生じた第三者とのトラブル（著作権侵害の申し立て等）について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。ユーザーご自身の責任においてご利用ください。また、端末の故障、アプリの不具合、またはユーザー自身の操作によるデータの消失等によって生じた損害についても、一切の責任を負いかねます。

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the App's program, UI design, and default text data/keywords belong to the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

本アプリに関するプログラム、UIデザイン、デフォルトで収録されているキーワードやテキストデータ等の著作権および知的財産権は、すべて開発者に帰属します。無断での複製、転載、再配布を禁じます。

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms will become effective immediately upon posting within the App or on the developer's website.

開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、事前の通知なく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または開発者のウェブサイトに掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
